What is your change of mind policy?Updated a year ago

To be eligible for a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

1.The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in original packaging.

2.Product has not been assembled.

3.All freight costs are not refundable.

4. A 15% restocking fee applies to cover costs of picking, repacking the order and returning it to the shelf. The restocking fee is calculated from the invoice price.


If all conditions are met, contact us within 7 days of your equipment delivery to arrange the return and receive a store credit voucher for an exchange or next purchase or refund.


*Store credit will be in the form of a voucher or gift code to shop at the Lifespan Kids Store.

Returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility, simply bring it back to our Distribution Centres or post it back at your expense.
