Can I install my swing set/cubby/playcentre on a slope?

Your play equipment will need to be installed as per the product manual on a flat surface with enough safety perimeter. It is not recommended to install it on a slope as movement from the swing can cause it to unbalance and tip over. Safety perimeter

Do I need to cement my play centre?

All Lifespan play centres have been specifically manufactured to have a very sturdy and efficient structure. Most equipment will be provided with anchor kits, which is recommended to be installed. It is up to you whether you wish to cement the anchor

What happens if I've damaged a part during installation?

If you have damaged a part during assembly you can contact our team for a quote to have a replacement part sent to you. As the damage was caused during assembly and not the fault of the product, it will not be covered by our warranty.

How do I care for my metal play equipment?

At the end of every play season (3 months), it is good to check all hardware and perform maintenance where required. Maintenance check include:. - Check for rust and clean off any surface rust with a wire brush and recoat with rust resistance paint.

Do I need to anchor the play equipment?

Most of the play equipment, including swing sets, play centers, climbers, and seesaws, will come with anchor kits. It is recommended to install these provided anchor kits for added stability and safety. Trampoline anchor kits are sold separately, but
