Can I pick up my purchase?

How long can you hold my order for Click & Collect?

The online booking system allows up to 2 weeks for your freight to be collected. We prefer not to hold stock longer than this period to avoid stock inconsistency and additional holding fees from our 3PL QLD location if your order was transferred ther

Can I collect my freight from the Courier depot?

Our standard Door to Door delivery service covers most areas and delivers to the Door or kerbside. Rural or remote areas may need to collect from the local depot. If your area has unsealed roads (not concreted), the trucks will not be able to travel
