Why is the courier not assembling my product?

This can be due to the type of service you have chosen:

Can the installer mount or anchor the products for me?

The installation company does not do mounting to walls or anchoring that requires drilling, digging or cementing.

After set up, will the installer take away the carton and rubbish?

Rubbish Removal. This service is not available to all couriers. Our Room of Choice couriers have certain areas that can accommodate this service. Removal of rubbish has additional cost involved, please Contact Us to investigate this further for you.

How easy is it to install your products? / Can I purchase assembly later if I get stuck?

Does your assembly service offer dismantling and re-assembly?

How long does it normally take to set up your outdoor equipments?

Most of our larger play equipment may take 4+ hours with 2 people. We recommend to check the online manuals as this will give you an idea of how many hours it will take from the number of installation steps.
