How do I make a purchase online?Updated a year ago

If you are purchasing in-store and wish to collect at the same time, we suggest you check our pick-up availability online first or contact us to ensure stock is available. 

Placing an order online reserves the stock for you and also saves time as customer details need to be filled in in-store.

 

Payment methods accepted in-store are Eftpos, Credit Card MasterCard Or Visa (Amex incurs surcharge), ZipPay/AfterPay or Cash.


Online payments are Mastercard/Visa, PayPal or ZipPay/AfterPay.



Online Purchase 

1. Add items to your cart by selecting "Add to cart". 

2. Once you have added item/s, the page will prompt if you wish to "Continue shopping", "View shopping cart" or "Checkout". 

If you wish to add more items, click "Continue shopping"; if you have added all items required then you can choose either "View shopping cart" or "Checkout".  

TIP: The "View shopping cart" allows you to calculate your shipping cost if you have multiple items before you check out. 

3. When you are ready, click checkout and fill in your details.  

NOTE: You must still fill in the shipping address (your residential address) even if you are doing pick-up. This is is required for checking the stock at the pick up location.

4. Press 'Continue to Shipping' to choose your option for pick up or delivery.

We recommend to read our Delivery & Pick up Terms and Conditions to get a clear understanding of the options available that will suit your requirements. 

5. The final part is payment method, choose your preferred method and enter you payment details.

If you have chosen PayPal, ZipPay or AfterPay, you will be directed to their login page. Once you have completed your details, you will then be re-directed back to our website. Do not close your browser!

Review your order to ensure everything looks okay and press submit to finalise.
